Kelit PEX

Insulated pipe system
for heating applications

Advantages of the KELIT PEX pipe: Speed and ease of installation, small trench width, small radius of curvature. The KELIT PEX 95-6 heat pipe with low-density corrugated PEX-A SDR11 may be used at 6 bar of pressure at 80°C or continuously at 87 psi.

This high efficiency tube has outstanding thermal insulation, conductivity less than or equal to: 0.021 W/mK.

Isolated KELIT PEX pipes

Kelit PEX flexible pipes are insulated with CFC-free polyurethane foam (PUR). The continuous manufacturing process provides the low thermal conductivity of expanded PUR insulation, making Kelit PEX flexible insulated pipes an energy efficient solution for hot water heating and power systems.

The flexible insulated pipes provide a quick, convenient and inexpensive installation in the ground, making it easy to cross obstacles in trenches and turn around a narrow bending radius.
